Robotic radical prostatectomy is a surgical method applied with advanced technology that is now considered the gold standard in the surgical treatment of prostate cancer. In this method the prostate gland and, if deemed necessary, the lymph nodes are removed with high precision using the da Vinci robotic surgery system.

The aim is to completely eliminate the cancer while best preserving functions that directly affect quality of life, such as urinary continence and sexual function.
